Obituary

Paul Roberts, beloved husband of the late Eleanor for 62 years; loving father of Marsha (Stuart) Diamond and Vickie (Mitchell) Saunders; proud Papa of Dawn (Paul) Gagerman, Jori (Jay) Greenhill and Joshua (Lisa) Saunders; cherished Great-Papa of Jonah, Micah, Sasha and Everett; dear brother of the late Ann (Edwin) Braman and Victor Roberts; adored brother-in-law of Doris (the late Ed) Fenberg and the late Selma (Eli) Goldman; treasured uncle and friend of many. Paul was a proud Navy Veteran. He served on five ships during WWII and he survived a torpedo attack. Paul was dearly loved and he enriched the lives of many. He will be remembered for his kindness, his volunteering and his love and support that he always gave to family and friends. Chapel service Monday 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Entombment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Honor Flight Chicago or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
