Genevieve “Jaye” Lewitz, nee Hoffman, 94; beloved wife of the late Jerome; loving mother of David, Joel (Polly) and Alan (Mary-Lynne); cherished “Grandma Jaye” of Jake and Ian; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many. Chapel service Wednesday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
