Simon Steinberg, 95, beloved husband and best friend for 69 beautiful years of the late Frieda; loving father of Dr. Robert, Irwin (Wendy) and the late Cheryl; cherished grandpa of Sara (Stephen) Collins, Justin (Courtney), Mitchell (Cristy) and Jeffrey Steinberg; adored great-grandpa of Owen, Graham, Michael, Sloane, Hal and Danielle; devoted son of the late Morris and Mary; dear brother of the late Philip; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many. Chapel service today, Friday at 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
