George Ekstein, 102, beloved husband of Dora “Dubby” for 73 wonderful years; loving father of Samuel (Bess) and Esther (Stuart) Glasser; cherished “Poppy” of Julie (Arie), Glenn, Adam (Ilana), Erica (Fred), Shari (Stephen), and Adam (Wendy); great “Poppy” of Madeleine, Isabel, Joshua, Dylan, Zachary, Aiden, Deena, Jordan, Evan, Noah, Ava, and Andrew; dear brother- in-law, uncle and friend. Chapel Service 12:45 PM today at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
