I just found, in our garage, a small screwdriver case with the words, ” Irving, Happy Chanukah. Jerry Feinstein. My dad grew up in Chicago and passed away around 2008.
Was curious to come across this after all these years today.

I have known Jerry for 30 years and in all of that time he has been a blessing. Jerry was a good man, a true friend, with a kind heart. He had an indomitable spirit, a love for life and a twinkle in his eyes. He will be missed.

I first met Jerry in July of 1991 as a fellow Civil War reenactor. Ever since that day, he was always great to make me laugh and smile. He was a shoulder to learn on, cry on and to receive sound advice from. A pure and genuine free spirit of a person. I’ll miss buddy. Chris
