RUTH MESSER (nee Feinberg), age 93 of Los Angeles, California and Highland Park, Illinois, beloved sweetheart of 65 years of the late Morton. Loving mother of Robert (Karen) and Lynn Greenwald. Cherished grandmother of Jason (Corey Nickerson) Greenwald, Jennifer (Jeff) Samuels, Carrie (Richard) Facchini and Bradley Gerber. Treasured great- grandmother of Madison, Emma, Mia, and Benjamin. Dear sister of the late Sadie and Sylvia Fisher. RUTH WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED FOR HER STYLE, WONDERFUL COOKING AND FAMILY DEVOTION. My parents, Burton and Cecile Greenberg, were friends for many years with both Ruth and her husband, Mort. My mother died 30 years before my father, and my father learned to develop a stronger social network after. He spoke of Ruth and Mort fondly, and often, and was sorry as his own illness began to take hold of his life that he had lost touch with Ruth (once she relocated), but he never forgot her.

I know my father would want to be express condolences on his behalf, and know that I sympathize with your loss. She touched many lives.
