Charlotte Wells

My heart is heavy today as I learned of Charlotte’s passing. Charlotte and Merv volunteered countless hours for me at Glenkirk. She and Merv were both so kind, so loving and never said no when I called on them for help. In 2002, after 25 years I retired from Glenkirk and unfortunately lost touch but I will never forget her the smile, the laughter, the lunches, the time we shared together, I will forever cherish those memories.
May she rest in Peace.

First and foremost, I knew the Wells’ as amazing parents. They were an inspiration to all who knew them. I loved to see their loving, caring ways and I often found strength in their courage, dedication, and wonderful way of looking at life. Model parents, dear friends, leaders, generous hearted volunteers. Charlotte and Mervin were never too busy to help nor to preoccupied to reach out with a kind word to others. Who will ever forget Charlotte’s smile and cheerful ways? In my 40 year career, I have never met more wonderful people and Charlotte’s loss will never be filled… I honor her memory, express my gratitude for the opportunity to know her, and send my love and respects to Mervin and the entire family.
