Joan D. Colby nee Key, Loving mother of Daniel (Mary) Colby, Pamela (James) Sylverne and Jonathan (Melinda) Colby. Cherished grandmother of Jonathan, Shane, Stephanie (Justin), Michael (Melissa), Morgan, Taylor and Jacob. Adoring great grandmother of Samantha, Giovanna and Ari. Dear sister of Richard, Claudia, William and the late Dixie. Devoted friend and companion of Keith Johnson. She shared her children and grandchildren with Howard Colby. Memorial service, Thursday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 West Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
