Philip L. Mandell, 81, born July 31, 1935; beloved husband of Sharon nee Weinberg; loving father of Allan, Judy (Bob) and Joel (Gina); adored Papa of Isabelle, David, Jason and Michael. Phil was a highly regarded attorney who contributed to society through his legal expertise and commitment to the Jewish community. He was loved, respected and admired by his family, friends and colleagues. He will be dearly missed. Funeral service will be held Graveside today at 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W.
