Jean was born on June 30, 1926 and grew up on the northwest side of Chicago, moving with her family to Mt. Prospect following graduation from high school. After college Jean worked at Mt. Prospect State Bank, and became a member of Alpha Eta Sorority. Following the birth of her children she worked as an Art and Home Economics teacher at Holmes Junior High in Mt. Prospect and later worked at Woodfield Bank. Jean’s hobbies included cooking, entertaining family and friends, sewing and crafts. Her greatest joy in life was her family.
