Earl L. Simon, 73, beloved husband of his b’shert Frannie nee Malin for nearly 50 years; loving father of Sheila (Craig) Zeldin and Stephanie (Neil) Uhler; cherished Grandpa and Zaide of Chloe, Kylie, Gabriel and Michael; devoted son of the late Ann and Sam Simon and son-in-law of the late Max and Molly Malin; dear brother of the late Sheila Simon. Professionally he was a passionate and beloved lawyer. He was also an avid reader, a proud University of Illinois alumnus and a life long White Sox fan. Most importantly, he was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather who would go to the ends of the earth for his family. Chapel service, Monday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W.
