Millie Ponfil nee Appelman, age 88, loving mother and best friend of Jody (David) Berman and beloved mother of Janet (Gary) Resnick; loving grandmother of Brent (Kinga) Berman, Keith Berman, the late Max and Katie Berman, Aaron (Lindy) Resnick, Elissa (Dan) Goodman and Rebecca Resnick; great-grandmother/Mimi of Stuart and Meira Goodman and Elliot and Vivian Resnick; cherished daughter of the late Dave and the late Becky Appelman. Chapel service Friday, 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
