I have very fond memories of both Chuck and Lenore over many years and in many different parts of my life- My most sincere condolences to the entire family on the loss of such a wonderful and beloved man.

Chatting with Charles before Village Board meetings, it was a pleasure to see how his eyes would light up and he would be transformed into a young man when he would relate some fond memory of an exciting Cubs ball game. He always retained a youthful enthusiasm about life. He was also a great asset to the Village of Lincolnwood. May his memory be a blessing to his family.
