Carol S. Kohn

Wally , my ex husband, and I have been long time friends of Carol. Originally, we knew her from The Day School, where we were teachers and she was one of our students. However, after the Day School closed, Carol moved on to continuing her education in Evanston High School. We kept up with each other through Carol’s phone calls and we always have considered Carol was one of our true friends. She always felt like she was the person who managed to get Wally and me together!! We so enjoyed her calls and I also was able to keep up with her by visiting her when she worked at Carson’s in Wilmette. She was always upbeat about things and never complained about her problems with Diabetes . She had a heart of Gold!! We will miss her but m happy that she is now at peace! Goodbye, Carol and God Bless!!

I will miss the daily calls from Carol…she always ending our conversations with “give my best to Kenny, Star Love”….she truly had a heart of gold! And loved the “penguins”…. Rest in peace, my dear friend! I will cherish the many memories we had!
