Obituary
Leslie Allen Schwartz passed away peacefully at his home on June 5, 2022, after almost 78 years of a wonderful, full life, married to his childhood sweetheart Tamra Lynn (Wolff) Schwartz for 51 years, after a 5-year engagement. He was a close friend to his mother in law, Bess Wolff, and always made sure that he listened to, and commented on, her latest story over dinner at a local diner. Leslie was a proud, supportive father to his children, Kari and her husband, Aviad, and Jason and his wife, Jennifer, and an even prouder “Papa” to his grandchildren Yael, Lev, Rahm, Isaac, Casey and Skylar. He never missed a baseball game, a musical theater performance, an orchestra concert, or an awards assembly or graduation. Leslie is also survived by his brothers, Ronny and Bruce, and sisters-in-law, Barbara and Barbara, his brothers and sisters in law, Debra and Dr. Joseph Feldman and Randy and Shereen Wolff, his many nieces and nephews and many long-time, devoted friends. Leslie was many things over his lifetime: a high school All-City football player, a reservist in the military, a psychologist and teacher, a house painter and small business owner, a financial planner, a reader and avid gardener, and a great storyteller, but the accomplishment he was most proud of was being surrounded by his close family and the love he lavished on his wife, kids, kids-in-law and grandchildren.
