Uncle Mikey was one of a kind. One of the most loving people I have ever known, when Uncle Mikey hugged you there was never a doubt in your mind you were loved. I feel blessed to have so many wonderful memories with him and Auntie Fran and all my cousins. To all of my Fox cousins my heart and love is with all of you. Uncle Mikey I will love you forever. Rest in peace.

What can I say about Dad. Strong, smart, quick witted. The handiest handy man, he knew how to fix just about anything. Taught me how to drive a forklift, load a pallet and put it in a semi. He could give directions on how to get around Chicago like nobody’s business. He was an author, he loved to cook and man, could he tell a story. He loved his beautiful Frances Louise, his kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. Brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and cousins galore. They loved him back.
I will miss him dearly, my father, my friend.

To the entire Fox family–I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle “Mikey” was truly one of the kindest, most genuine human beings I ever met. He was a wealth of knowledge and could converse with you on almost any subject. A man who was true to his Judaic roots, he was a loving father, and lest we forget a published author! Sandy B. and I reminisced the other day about our fond memories of Mikey and Fran and how their humanity left an indelible impact on our lives. A huge loss for sure. May his memory be a blessing.
