Carole Small nee Druck, 90, beloved wife of the late Norman for 65 years; loving mother of Elyce (Scott) Goldstein, Michael (Patricia) Small and the late Pamela (Larry) Stern; proud Grandma of Jacob and Alana (Jared Friedman) Goldstein, Matthew, Jennifer and Nicole Small, Dustin, Alec (Laura Carillo) and Ryan Stern; dear sister of Cerna (the late Sam) Kalin and Sandi (the late Hal Zolin and Jack Ikenn) Ikenn; dear sister-in-law of Marty (Merle) Small and the late Lee (Eileen) Small; treasured aunt and friend of many. Chapel service, Tuesday, 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Masks required to attend the service and burial. I meet Carole at a gathering of our families when twin sister Sandi Ikenn and myself first meet after not even knowing we had a twin. Carole was charming, delightful and sentimental about sister Sandi’s and my finding each other. We are in contact often and I personally offer my condolences to Cerna and Sandi also. May her life be for a blessing and may she rest peacefully in God’s tender embrace into eternity.
