Bobby (Ouseau) and I (Tzipur) were best friends. I spent countless hours with him and his family in our high school years. Loved him so much and counted him as my best friend. We laughed commiserated experimented went for long long bike rides (once to Waukegan!) watched the moon landing together hung out and were just dopey. Once Esther got us half a gallon of ice cream and we demolished it in the kitchen. Tried to be grownups. He took me to the cool Nikon store once. We went to a couple of grown up parties that seemed very sophisticated. Visited my cousins and his aunt Juney together. Once I joined Bob and Estie and Archie for a fall weekend in galena. I found out he passed a few weeks ago when I happened to be in Chicago, learned it in front of the Wilmette theater, first time we drove to a movie! I wrote the Ketubah for his wedding to Julie. We lost touch but I think of him so often and I know how much his family misses him.

So sad to learn of this. Went to grammar, middle school and ETHS with Bob and his younger and older brother. Knew his parents and also went to Beth Emet in Evanston. To your family may your memory be a blessing!

My good high school buddy, we had laughs and good times and I still have photographs of projects we did together as we moved into adulthood and beyond. You will be missed.
