Obituary

Irene Rutman Goodman, 99, passed away in West Bloomfield, Michigan on July 14, 2023. married to the late Alvin L. Goodman for 63 years, they traveled extensively around the world through out their marriage. She was a proud volunteer at Michael Reese Hospital’s Thrift Shor for over 50 years. Irene had a zest for life, loved traveling and writinf poetry about her life and loving family who were the jewels of her life. She is survived by her cherished daughters Lesley (Dr Jay) Kutinsky of Michigan and Karen (Richard) Cohn of Indiana; much loved grandchildren Dr Illana Kutinsky (Dr Michael Brager) of Michigan, Dana (Rob) Gelick of California, Adam (Angie) Kutinsky of Michigan and Auri Rahimzadeh of Indiana. Her amazing crew of 7 great grand children who she adored, Charlotte and Delaney Brager, Ross, Leah and Brent Gelick, Jonah and Jack Kutinsky. Dear sister of the late Allen “Sonny” (Angie) Rutman; dearest aunt of many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
