Sylvia Friedman (nee Carter), 92, January 25, 2023; beloved wife of 74 wonderful years to her high school sweetheart Leon; loving mother of Shelli (Barry) Barnett and Bonnie (Scott) Gold; much loved grandmother of Samantha (Tim) Steed, Randi (Nathan) Eisenberg, Matthew and Adam Gold; dear “Bubbie” to Drew and Avery Eisenberg and Elle and Jay Steed; treasured sister of Marcia Sitzman and devoted daughter of the late Samuel and Goldie Carter. Sylvia was a strong woman and was courageous to the very end. The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Fe, Ann and Mary for their wonderful care.
