The smell of Challah in her home on Shabbat.
Being an incredible role model to Karinne, Dannit and Ronit.

I have nice memories of being with Nechamit. My fondest memory is the time we went to see Wayne’s World. Nechamit didn’t get any of the jokes but we still had a good time. I know she will be missed by all. May her memory be a blessing.

We were very sorry to hear that Nechamit had passed away. We were friends and neighbors and our children went to school together. All of our children had Nechamit as their Hebrew school teacher and adored her. She will be greatly missed. May her memory be a blessing. Rest in Peace Nechamit

I had the pleasure to work with Nechamit both at the Minneapolis Talmud Torah and the Heilicher Minneapolis Jewish Day School for more than twenty five years. She dedicated her life to Jewish education. Nechamit touched the lives of so many students and families.
Sending condolences to Nechamit’s entire family.

I am so sorry to hear about Nechamit’s passing. Nechamit was a very sweet and caring human. All 3 of my kids had her as a teacher at Talmud Torah. During that time, she was always very friendly to me. On many occasions, she would share with me the joy she felt for her daughters and grand children. May your many memories be a blessing. And know that she has touched so many hearts during her time as a teacher in Minneapolis.

Nechamit was my Hebrew teacher at Talmud Torah and later we worked together at the Day School for over 20 years. Nechamit became a dear friend and I always looked forward to our shared prep time at school. We would often share stories about work and our personal lives. She had a positive energy that was contagious and the room lit up every time she walked in. I enjoyed our phone conversations and check ins over the past few years and I will miss her greatly. This is truly a huge loss for the Minneapolis Jewish Community. She will be missed and remembered often. May her memory be a blessing.

Pam and I are so sorry for your loss. We know that this leaves a big whole in your heart for her children and grandchildren. In the short time we knew her, we admired her determination and will to fight this terrible disease. She was very blessed during this time with a wonderful family full of love and support.

Nechamit and I worked together for years at Talmud Torah and became friends. She was a very dedicated teacher and loved imparting knowledge in fun, creative ways.
We kept in touch although neither of us have lived in MN these past few years. I always looked forward to hearing from her and was inspired by her strength and positivity.
Her beautiful legacy lives on in her children , grandchildren and the many whose lives she touched. Nechamit will be very missed. May her memory be a blessing.
