The Macht and Erkes/Sang/Diamond families have been close friends for over 40 years. We experienced triumph s and tragedies through our close relationship. Parties, travel, weddings and funerals have linked us forever, when we were alive and well and in sickness and death hereafter. Bless Leslie, a warm , smart, funny woman with a big heart and tremendous courage. Baruch Dayan Ha Emmet. With love, Stephen snd Suzanne Macht.

Remembering our friendship with Leslie over 50 years when she’d come to LA to visit her sister Bobby. It was always such fun to be together – Leslie was full of life, so sweet and engaged so happily with our children. She is in our hearts forever as we will always hold her as part of our family. Our condolences to the Sang family and our deep thanks for the care that George undertook to help Leslie in her final days.

I was blessed with a lifetime relationship with my dear friend and cousin Leslie. Though we lived far apart, we found out how much we liked each other in our thirties-and from then on, shared a special bond . She was a sweet and kind person who I loved deeply, and far more than “just a a cousin”
My favorite memory was seeing her in hysterical laughter….wearing the bluejeans we had inscribed for her with our dear sweet
“Aunt Ruth’s” logo on the back pocket, Ruth’s famous slogan:”It’s all in the genes!!!”
