Scott was a good man. So kind, easy going and friendly with everyone he met, absolutely loved making connections. Raised two exceptional young men. It may take a while, but I can’t wait to hear my son laughing with Brady on the Xbox again soon.
Rest in peace, Scott. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Kalo family during this heartbreaking time.

I worked with Scott at the Norther Trust with Val, Jong and Rose. The five of us became close friends and would get together annually for years. Scott had the best smile and energy. You could feel it when he was there and I will miss it. My thoughts and love are with you all.

Scott had two constants that defined him, his smile and kindness!! It felt like yesterday when we were kids, I would go to their house and hang out with Michelle. Scott would come out the door with biggest smile on his face and the most genuine greeting “Hi Eugene, how are you doing today!” About 5 years ago when Michelle was in town and the “Fairview” group got together, there was Scott with that same smile and same EXACT greeting! He will be missed GREATLY by all!!!

As a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation I had the privilege of meeting Scott, Laura, Aidan and Brady. From the moment I met the Kalo family they were warm and welcoming.
I could feel the love that Scott had for his family. My thoughts are with you.

Scott will live on in the memory of everyone that knew him as a kind, caring and loving father/husband.
I cherish knowing him and the memories of our travels to MSU and Starkville, MS continue to bring a smile to my face.
May his memory be a blessing.

Scott was such a wonderfully positive man. Such great memories were of working with him and his son Brady through tough times for the family. He will always be someone that I’ll remember as loving his children and wife. He always wanted what was best for his kids and supported their education. Scott will always be in my memory as a fantastic father to his boys! Peace to all in the family as you honor and cherish the memories.
