Pateresa “Granny” Greenspan, née Street, 69, beloved wife of the late Ruby Greenspan, happily married for over 30 years; loving mother of Claude (Christine) Hartness, Sabrina (Gregory) Arvanitakis and Richard Hartness; cherished Granny of Tristan (Jamie), Brandon and Jason Hartness, Leo (Madeline) and Alec Arvanitakis, and Zachary (Victoria) Heuer; adored great-grandmother of Beau Heuer; dear sister of Mitchell, the late Ricky Street and the late Angela Smith; Pateresa was a treasured aunt to several nieces and nephews. Chapel service Tuesday, February 6, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment following at Randhill Park Cemetery. Christmas of 2022 I photoshopped granny into a picture of Elvis driving around in one of his vehicles. The pure joy and excitement on granny’s face was priceless. All she kept on saying was, “Look it’s me and Elvis, look it’s me and Elvis!”
