Thelma Kahalnik, née Schaffner, 91, beloved wife of the late Howard, married for 64 years; cherished mother of Barbara (Mark) Rehbock and Sue (Larry) Diamond; adored grandmother of Josh Lewis, Mikey and Becky Diamond, Corey (Farryl) and Jordan Rehbock; great-grandma T of Reese Rehbock; honorary Nana of Jenn and John; fond aunt of Chuck and Neal (Lori) Kahalnik. Tracy, Thelma and Julie Julie and TracyLearner

We always looked forward to visiting from Dayton, Ohio. Thelma loved sharing great places to eat with us, making sure you had PLENTY of snacks for the road, and welcomed our pups Sissy, Skipper and Scout into her home. Her joy of life was infectious, and she always had a story to tell. Our memories of our time with her are cherished and we feel blessed to have had the time that we did with her.Our hearts are heavy, but we look forward to making more memories with the rest of the family – Thelma would love that!
