Dear Janet ,
We were so lucky to have you as our neighbors for the past two + years in Florida. We wish we could have been neighbors for a longer time, …we enjoyed learning so much about Florida landscape from you and always taking a minute to wish you and Arthur well on your walks in the neighborhood. And to the mailbox!
You will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
Arthur’s service was a beautiful, heartfelt event. Thank you for making it available for viewing. You have our deepest sympathy. Your son, Gary , gave a beautiful eulogy. Arthur was a wonderful husband and father. We are so glad you had 56 years together.

Janet and Arthur were one of the first couples we met when we moved to Fountain View Villas over 3 years ago. We would see Janet often riding her bike to the mailbox or we’d stop
To chat with her as she gardened her beautiful plants. They invited us the last three years to Passover, which was such an honor. We miss them in our neighborhood and now Arthur has passed and Janet begins a new season in her life. The service was beautiful. What a wonderful tribute to Arthur.

We were neighbors and friends at Fountain View. We always loved the company of Art and Janet at get togethers at Clubhouse. I also volunteered at Venice Hospital where I would see Art at our luncheons and meetings. At Board meetings as I served years on the Board, Art and Janet were always a strong presence in the community. I could never get them to volunteer though after years of persistent phone calls but Janet always liked the call and had her answer as NO before I even said who I was. We both feel fortunate to have met Art and Janet and have them as neighbors and friends. Art will always be just a smile or memory away from us all.
We send comforting and caring thoughts to Janet and family for peace at this difficult time.
