Belle Glass

Auntie Belle will always be remembered in my head and my heart as loving, kind, a wonderful wife, mother, aunt, and confident because I could talk to her and my beloved Uncle Bernie about everything and anything. In many ways they became like substitute parents after losing both of mine at a very young age. I loved going to the house, because not only was it fun and enjoyable, but upon going I never left there without receiving loving kindness, much council, constructive advice, laughter, joy, a great meal and Auntie Belle’s awesome desserts. There was always a coffee can of Aunties Mondel Bread filled to the brim, ready for me to take home, which I did and then hid once we got there. I am so very grateful to have and now share these amazing memories that I treasure. Auntie Belle, I’m sending kisses to heaven up to you, I will think of you often, I hope that you are having a grand party up there, rejoicing that you are all united again, I love you Auntie, you were one very special lady.

Sybil, David, Jay, & family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I ve known your mom, all of my life, she was more like family, as you all have been !
I remember, “the Couples Club” get togethers monthly! . “Aunt Bell” was a treasure, one of my mom’s closest lifelong friends!
When my mom was sick years ago, she came to spend time with her, so my dad could get some respite. When i had heart surgery years ago, she called to “check up on me”. She baked for me, too!
