Adrienne Samuels (nee’ Herzberg), 89, beloved wife of the late Jack L; loving mother of Scott Samuels, William (Debbie) Samuels, Annette (Steve) Doherty and Jackie (Kevin) McCarthy; proud “Grandmama” of Diana (Danny), Marc, Christopher (Jess and her son Caleb), Brett (Chloe), Bennett, Hannah (Avy), Rachel, Mattie (Abi), Joshua Doherty, Olivia and Quinten; dear sister of the late Robert Herzberg and Susan (the late Wayne) Belanger. Along with her beloved Jack, Adrienne was the Founder and President of the Truth in Labeling Campaign, dedicated to exposing the toxic effects of MSG and where it is hidden in food, pharmaceuticals, and dietary supplements. I will always remember both Jack and Adienne and their thoughtful and educational pursuit of truth in the food industry for all of us! Jack’s Dad and my grandmother were cousins. Adrienne,
You will remain one of. my favorite clients…starting your Pilates journey in your 60;s when you had never exercised before being the intellectual that you were. I always bragged about how you started with pain and unable to lift your head up from a supine position without pain to eventually being able to perform the Pilates Hundred with legs straight, pulling against resistance, and your head up! Thank you for the glowing testimonial you wrote for last year….truly heartfelt and loving.
Thank you for the many laughs and cherished memories and discussions about life, meditation, and more. Your Aries spirit along with mine were truly spirits of the soul. I love you.
