I met this beautiful lady through another beautiful friend. We became friends and grew very close so close that she was family to me. We shared good times, bad times, we cried together, laughed together no matter what was going on in our lives we were always there for each other.. I will miss our lunches my sister and most of all I will miss our talks. You are loved and will always be remembered. I will keep you in my heart.

I adored Jo from the time we were little.. She was always warm, loving, and a joy to be with. My fondest memories from childhood, are of my family visiting Aunt Lila, Uncle Marty, Jo and Irwin at their home in Maywood. A real treat was watching cartoons together in their basement with Irwin running the projector and munching on pistachio nuts that Uncle Marty provided. I’m so happy that Jo and I were Facebook friends and would send each other personal messages. She was always sweet, thoughtful and kind and I will always cherish my memories of her. My love to Marci and her mishpacha.

Jo Ann came into our lives as our H&R Block Representative. Little did we know that our lives were going to be intertwined and blessed for decades of laughter, births, passings, and compassion.
I remember how jealous all the other reps were at the office because we always brought donuts ( till she wasn’t supposed to have so much sugar hehe then we brought more healthier selections) We would hug, catch up on life, and basically moved into her office for hours.
We were devastated when she retired lol because we knew we would never have so much fun at tax time again. We were forever spoiled.
Over the years we kept in touch through calls and then the ease of facebook kicked in. Once again times of joy and sadness were shared.
Seeing your beautiful face only to announce this morning that you had passed away just a few days ago brought back a flood of memories with you.
You will be missed, forever loved and forever cherished.
