Barb Raffeld, 77, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2025. She was a loving mother of Ryan Raffeld and Julie (Aaron) Herrmann; a cherished “Gaga” to Sydney and Charlotte Herrmann; a much-loved sister of Sheri (David) Tabas; and a dear aunt and friend to many. Barb was preceded in death by her adored parents, Jack and Sydelle Steinholtz. A dedicated and loyal friend, Barb was known for still enjoying lunch meetups with friends from high school. She loved reading romance novels, watching soap operas, and enjoying a good pork chop—but her greatest love was her family, especially her treasured granddaughters. She will be deeply missed. Memorial donations in Barb’s name may be made to the American Lung Association at www.action.lung.org. Chapel service, Friday, January 2, 2026; 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home 1700 W.
