Sylvia Finckle, 97, née Neimark, beloved wife of the late Earl Finckle, happily married for 61 years; loving mother of Larry (Sheila) Finckle, the late Judy Uttenreuther and the late Keith Finckle; dear mother-in-law of Jayne Hagler; cherished Bubbie to Samantha (Kirk) Wozny and Ian Finckle; proud great-Bubbie to Mugzy Wozny; much loved sister of Dolores (Irv) Weiman; Playing Canasta and Mah Jong was a favorite pastime for Sylvia, she will be missed by many dear friends. She was gifted with the ability to create the most beautiful needlepoint and crochet heirlooms. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Chicago Lighthouse, www.chicagolighthouse.org. Chapel service Tuesday, October 28, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park.
