Bruce’s late brother Ricky and I were best friends in grade school and Hebrew school in the Scottsdale neighborhood in Chicago. We played a lot of board games at their house, like Monopoly and Life. He was good younger brother.

I worked with Bruce’s at Zotos International Inc for many years. It was always a pleasure. He was extremely competent, a true professional, and considerate. He invited me to many of the fun events “off campus” in Las Vegas and other great locations for sales and marketing events finding a reason for “legal” to be there. We often talked about our families and grandchildren. He is greatly missed.

Bruce was among the first and BEST mentors I ever had when I started in this beauty business over 30 years ago. He was kind and generous and made sure to build me up every chance he got. He was truly an icon who left his mark on our beloved business, and he will be missed. Rest in peace, friend!

Saddened to learn of Bruce’s passing. We worked together for many years at Zotos. I always enjoyed when Bruce visited the Darien office, he would stop and greet everyone in the finance department. Bruce was a dear work colleague of mine for over 10 years at Zotos/Joico. I recall his unlimited kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand with any and all problem or questions. I relied countless times on his sage advice, good counsel, and close contacts – I don’t think there was anyone in the beauty industry that he DIDN’T know (and have a close relationship with). His family was always #1 to him and he relished giving me regular updates about all his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and I send my sincere condolences to his entire family.
