The old days. Marvin was a trusted colleague and friend. Truly someone always available, interested and capable above any other ortho to diagnose and treat. As a person – one of the best – plus fun and unique driving a lotus with a wooden beam. Roberta and I are truly saddened and will miss him.

I’m deeply saddened to hear about Marv’s passing. His energy and enthusiasm were truly larger than life, which makes it all the more shocking to lose him at such a young age. I had the privilege of knowing Marv for over twenty years through our shared passion for vintage racing. Some of my fondest memories are those Father’s Day weekends at Blackhawk, where Marv and Matt, along with my dad and me, celebrated the day together at the track.
I will miss Marv’s love for the sport, his incredible talent behind the wheel, and his calm yet passionate leadership of our Group 1 Pre-War class. Rest in peace, my friend—you will be greatly missed. –Augie Grasis

Marv and I shared a passion for old cars and in particular racing them all over the country. He even traveled to Europe with me to compete in a classic car rally from Oslo, Norway to Nice in France.
He was one of the kindest and most caring people that I have ever met- my life was that much brighter for having known him and the world is just a bit dimmer, now that he is gone.

I’m in shock. Marv was loved by everyone who knew him. My deepest condolences to Barb and the entire family
