Sheryl Dorfman nee Sneider, 78, beloved wife of the late Jason; loving mother of Scott (Courtney) David and stepmother of Brian Dorfman; cherished Gaga of Brody, Mason and Spencer; caring daughter of the late Bernard and Barbara Sneider; dear sister of David Sneider (Susan Janscha); fond sister-in-law of Cynthia (Bruce) Shankman; devoted aunt of Daniel and Rebecca; many loving relatives and friends. Sheryl David was my 2nd grade teacher at Devonshire school in Skokie in 1974-1975. Always a friendly smile whenever I saw her over the years. She was interested to hear about her former students and was very warm. Condolences to her son, Scott, and her grandsons.

I have many wonderful memories of Sheryl. She was a kind, sensitive person. We had a group of five women who would go for dinner for our birthdays, and it was always such a nice time. May her memory be a blessing.
