I was so happy to speak to Ron on a good day in the hospital…my heart goes out to Jill and all of the family…I have warm and beautiful memories of some times together…even tho I left Chicago at age 4…Ron came to my house for dinner in the late 80s….

Cousin Ronnie will be remembered by me with love and fondness going back to my mom, Betty Meyers. Uncle Phil was her brother in law and was married to her sister, Pearl. My mom always kept in touch with the entire family and I will cherish that as well. My condolences go out to Jill and their children and grandchildren. My deepest sympathies and condolences go out to the Garfinkle family. May his memory be a blessing. I am going to miss Ronnie.

Uncle Ronny will always be remembered with love and fondness. He was my mother, Sally’s baby brother (her only sibling) and they were very close. They shared wonderful memories throughout their lives and were always there for each other. In the last year of Sally’s life, Uncle Ronny and I became closer. He would check in with me to stay connected and always had great concern and love for her. My grandparents would have been very proud of their children and the relationship that lasted a lifetime.
