Donna & family:
My sincere condolences on the passing of a truly special person. As a pharmacist myself, Phil and I worked together, he was my attorney helping me and we all were the early families kickstarting Shir Hadash together. Regardless of the role he played, he was always helpful, insightful and ready to get the job done correctly. We will remember him with a smile. Jay Pine
