Ilene Weinstein nee Elkins, 72, beloved wife of the late Stuart for 39 years; loving mother of Andrew Weinstein and Lindsay (Brian) Corcoran; cherished Nonny of Sloan, the “love of her life”; dear brother of Dean (Mary Ellen) Elkins; fond niece of Anita Spieler; devoted aunt of Justin, Molly (Adam) and Sean Elkins. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org. Even though Ilene and I hadn’t been in touch for years since she and Stuart and kids lived in Bay Colony and we lived in Triumvera I fondly remember many happy times together with our kids as well as with Marsha. So sorry for your loss. Most of all I remember how she loved her family.
