Ailene C. Bereskin, nee Shapiro, nearly 97 years old, daughter of Anna and Joseph Shapiro, was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Two older brothers Victor and Bertram predeceased her, as did her husband Fred P. Bereskin. A large loving family remains her legacy. Children Merle Dover (Tom Jeter), Judith (Stephen) Levin, Robert (Barbara) Bereskin, David (Terri z’l) Bereskin, Gayle Bereskin (Russ Long). Grandchildren Amy Engelman (Eric Lerum), Lindsey Engelman (Jorge Ramirez), Jordan (Elise) Levin, Audrey (Michael) Beaugh, Jared Bereskin, Jacob, Rachel and Jennifer Bereskin. 7 great-grandchildren Gabriel, Drew, and Isaac Levin, Charlie and Delilah Beaugh, Avi and Marisol Ramirez. Dozens of extended nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends honor and celebrate her long and fruitful life.
