Unlike many of you I only knew Fran for a short period of time when I moved into Auburn Woods. We met and enjoyed each other’s company while walking our dogs, her Linus and my Franklin. We both enjoyed our dog walks and chats. It was an honor and a priviledge to know Fran and I shall cherish our brief friendship forever.

Fran is a beautiful and amazing woman. She was fun loving and a great person to share a movie, a concert, or a moment. She had many strong views which she always articulated in a passionate and reasoned manner. We always enjoyed hanging with Fran and knew that the experience would be interesting and never dull. Sharon really looked forward to spending time with her cuzzies Fran, Gloria, and Judy, as well as her sister Leila especially when a play or Walker Brothers were on the itinerary. We shall all miss our wonderful Fran.

I have been friends with Fran since 1955. I was the Best Man at her first wedding to Burt. I’m uncle Davy to her children and Fran has been my pleasure for all these many years. I pray she’s at peace in heaven with her wonderful parents, siblings, her late husband and her many friends. I love you Fran and always will
