Jerry Greenberg, 93, beloved husband of the late Rayna Greenberg, née Weiner, happily married for 52 wonderful years; loving father of Randal (Kathy), Kathy (Jeff Siegel), Donald (Maleia), Michael (Lauren), Jason, and the late Rachel Greenberg; cherished Grandfather to eleven wonderful and loving grandchildren; and doting great-grandfather to four outstanding great-grandchildren; preceded in death by his dear siblings Esther, Phillip, Beatrice, Samuel; Jerry was a treasured friend of many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Graveside service Friday, February 20, 2026, 12:00 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Dear David and Josh,
I just learned of your dear grandfather’s passing. I am so sorry.
Rayna and Jerry moved in to The Hancock within days that my parents (Helen and Stan (#4815) that my parents moved in, I believe in 1993 (?). They were wonderful neighbors! A fond memory when I would visit my parents, is that you would both run to greet my mom and give her a hug! You had fabulous grandparents!
