Stuart A. Davidson, 88, beloved husband of Sherry Davidson, née Marzen, happily married for nearly 62 wonderful years; loving father of Jamie Davidson (Jenny Zales), Beth (the late Jon) Shapiro and Peter Davidson (Jamie Pawlow); cherished Papa of Sam and Jolie Davidson, Ben, Joe and Ally Shapiro, and Charlie and Nicole Davidson. Stuart was a treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many. A sweet, loving, and selfless human being, Stuart’s kisses were legendary. After a career as a food technology chemist, Stuart found his second calling as a nationally top-selling Nordstrom shoes salesman. Stuart was passionate about grocery shopping, tenacious on the Chesterfield volleyball court, and a die-hard Cubs and Blackhawks fan. The family would like to extend a special thank you to everyone at The Friends Center of Gidwitz for their tremendous care and dedication to Stuart.
