I met Judy as well as Byron in 1992. They had already been two very close friends for a long time of my late Genevieve.
Since then, we were always happy to meet up and chat.
Judy was a cultured, enthousiastic, refined and outgoing person, and as Byron, she had her good “franc-parler”.
She was then happy to know my current wife.
What a beautiful friendship with the two of them !
My very sincere condolences to her sons Neil, Brad and Steven, as well as all the family.

I met Judy on my first day of college in 1958 and have been close friends ever since. She , Byron, and my late husband, David and I had a wonderful relationship over the years. She was clever, fun, musical , witty and a joy to have as my friend. I will miss her greatly.

It is with great sadness that I write this note. Mom was a special person and a great friend for many many years. She was fun to be with, always had a smile on her face and kind things to say to about others.
I loved attending her piano recitals, family get togethers and much more.
I hope as each day passes the pain will listen and your wonderful memories linger.

From Day 1 she was always asking about our family and how we were doing and especially how our boys were doing. Both Byron and Judy always had smiles and included us in there philanthropic endeavors. They introduced us to some of their friends and always had a seat for us at one of their tables at many events. Judy always would spend time with my late wife, and was very welcoming to my current wife.
To the family, I can offer only our most sincere condolences and to always only remember the good times you had with her and of course Byron.

She was smart, energetic and full of life. She was a dear friend. She and Byron led a rich life together. A dynamic duo who contributed a great deal to the cultural landscape in Chicago. I will very much miss her.

Bright, caring, funny and curious is how I think of Judy who i met in college where we were sorority sisters and friends. She was a force to be reckoned with overflowing with talent. She was original and single-minded and suffered no fools. I admired and loved her.
