Robert H. “Bob” Schultz, 61, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Gina; adored son of Ronald and the late Ellen; much-loved brother of David (Mary) and Beth (Bill); amazing uncle of Kevin, Eric (Clujel), Brandon and Olivia; dear stepson of the late Myra; and stepbrother of Robert (Amy), Andy (Hanna) and Matt. Fond step-uncle of Benji, Leah and Adam (Christin). Bob was also a devoted and treasured friend to many. Bob had a big heart and was always caring, generous and willing to help others. He was blessed with many friendships that lasted more than 40 years, a testament to the kind of person he was and the lasting impression he made on those around him. Bob loved spending time outdoors, especially golfing, fishing, and playing darts. He was an avid concertgoer and especially enjoyed seeing his favorite band, Rush. A dedicated Chicago sports fan, Bob proudly supported the Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks and enjoyed collecting memorabilia. Above all, Bob loved his family. He will be remembered for his warm heart, generous spirit, loyalty to his friends and the genuine care he showed to everyone fortunate enough to know him. Bob’s love, laughter, and friendship will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved him.
