Ron and Sue were my second family when I moved to Chicago. Gary and I were close friends from Indiana U. Ron was an incredible person. Kind caring great sense of humor and smart. I can still picture being at their house in Northbrook laughing and celebrating. The Morris’s were at our wedding and many wonderful family celebrations. Very sad day that he passed away. I have great memories of the family and Ron. According to the Morris’s I kiled their dog Blaze. Not true but a a good old story. May Ron’s memory be for a blessing.

Living with Gary in dental school we would see Ron and Sue a fair bit. He was just a regular guy who was always interested in how we were doing. His love for boating, swimming, and the Bears runs deep through his family network. His family is his legacy and i will always think of him as just a good mensch. May his memory last for a lifetime.

I remember so many times of the Verne’s and the Morris’ being together, it is hard to specify just one. I just want to send my sincere condolences to Sue, Gary, Karen and Jimmy, as well as all their spouses and children. I know my parents were so happy they were able to see your parents recently and that they have been reconnecting. I am so sad to hear of your dad’s passing. His memory will most definitely be a blessing. Sending my love to you all.

It was always great to see Ron in the fitness room at Woodview where his biggest fan, Sue, was always cheering him on. He was truly an amazing person, always positive and friendly. He will be missed dearly.
